The following outlines
the Rules and Guidelines for FIERI's "Boss of the Sauce" event.
The Sauce needs
to be Tomato Based
The Sauce needs
to be a permanent part of the restaurant's menu
A gallon of Sauce
needs to be brought to the Tasting in a 4-8 quart standard saucepot
One volunteer
from the restaurant must be available at Tasting.
Deadline for entering
the contest is September 28th 2007, Official "Boss of the Sauce" Restaurant
Registration Form must be completed and registration fee received by
September 28th, 2007.*
*This deadline can only be extended at the discretion
of the Event Chairman.
