Contest Rules

The following outlines the Rules and Guidelines for FIERI's "Boss of the Sauce" event.

  • The Sauce needs to be Tomato Based
  • The Sauce needs to be a permanent part of the restaurant's menu
  • A gallon of Sauce needs to be brought to the Tasting in a 4-8 quart standard saucepot
  • One volunteer from the restaurant must be available at Tasting.
  • Deadline for entering the contest is September 28th 2007, Official "Boss of the Sauce" Restaurant Registration Form must be completed and registration fee received by September 28th, 2007.*

*This deadline can only be extended at the discretion of the Event Chairman.
